So far, I've really liked this fridge. It's easy to organize, has a lot of customizable features, and is nearly silent. I also really like having different ice options, as I use different sized water bottles on a regular basis. Having an alarm to tell you when a door has been left open is also reassuring, as we have 2 kids in the house that aren't always the best about making sure things are closed. The app is really functional, and I can check on the temps in the fridge/freezer to make sure everything is as it should be. It's also been easy to keep clean because the exterior doesn't really show fingerprints, even with a lot ofu use. Overall, great fridge.

This Refrigerator is awesome, it is a counter depth model that fits nice and snug into our kitchen corner. It has state of art features to ensure the food is always cool. We for example put a no cooled food into the fridge, it temporarily does extra cooling to bring the temperature down to desired level. I really love the sleek design as it fits the aesthetic appeal of the kitchen. It is feature packed in terms of technology too, the app was a breeze to setup and use. It has a lot of useful features such as checking the temperature levels and adjusting the different zones on the fly. I’ve personally used the app way more than the control panel itself as it clearly explains what each faction does. The only I wish Samsung had is the electricity consumption usage, right now, I have no idea how much the fridge uses, it would be a super cool perk to add. It terms of use, it has got ample space, we have using the four zones to their maximum, especially the third flexzone, we have switched it between a freezer and beverage center. It does have about an hr for it to make the switch successfully in terms of temperature but that ability to change almost instantly really helped us out as our wine typically goes bad in the regular fridge and freezers in deep. So that this flexizone is perfect for date nights and leftovers during parties. Overall, I have been very Impressed with the fridge, it has a ton of smart features, loads of space and very practical flexzones which will help modernize your home.

The new Samsung Bespoke refrigerator is attractive with its sleek and modern design. In addition it has really increased the overall appeal in the kitchen with its modern black and stainless design. I love the design of the shelving system. It allows me to clearly see everything that I have available in my refrigerator with no hidden waste. My older refrigerator seemed deep and crowded where things would often get pushed far into the back and left to perish. The dual option ice maker is really amazing as well. I love having the option for smaller, chewable ice in my drinks. I use the larger “standard” size ice for the kids sports bottles. The hands free door opening system also comes in handy when I need both hands to hold a large dish of leftovers. I can simply use my elbow to trigger the door to open. Gone are the days of trying to balance a full pot of soup on one knee while freeing up a hand to open the door. I absolutely love Samsung appliances and can’t wait until I have my full kitchen outfitted with this Bespoke line.

We've had the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator for a few weeks now and have been able to enjoy the features it has to offer. The overall look is nice and streamlined with no outward handles. The stainless steel finish looks great but does show some fingerprints if not treated but does clean easily. The four door design is nice and having the flexibility of changing the lower right between a freezer or refrigerator is very convenient. In out case we chose to use it to expand the refrigerator capacity since you do sacrifice some space with a counter-depth design and we also have a stand up freezer in the garage right off the kitchen. The lower areas have three door shelves, a drawer and two shelves on the flex side and one shelf on the freezer side along the dual ice maker. Although a little tight to get to, the ice cubes and ice bites are a great feature and we never run out if ice. The upper refrigerator area features multiple shelves and two drawers. My one complaint here come with the fact that the shelves are not adjustable, leaving your organization of products restricted by its setup. The beverage center is a really nice feature in that it gets rid of that unsightly setup on the outside of the door and moves it to an in-between area, accessible with a simple latch on the door handle. The auto-fill pitcher makes sure you have cold water available all the time without having to stand at the refrigerator. The dark semi see through panel here is a bit of a mystery to me. I don't find much practical use for it and it changes the outward look of the refrigerator in a somewhat negative way. Overall this is a really nice refrigerator and I recommend it, but get some hands-on time before deciding.

It's very ample and elegant! I love that it has a water pitcher always ready for any Time someone wants to drink water. I love the drinks zone because it accommodates my sodas or water bottles very well, and the dual ice maker is perfect when you want to drink ice of any size. appreciate all the space it has. The outside looks sleek and modern, and the inside is super well lit. The SmartThings app is very good because you can adjust your entire refrigerator there, and it also notifies you if someone left the door open. I love that it have the two doors makes it easier to fit in a big pot. Surprisingly it fit a lot of food and the freezer is very spacious. It's also very energy efficient and saves me more money! It's very silent so it doesn't disturb during the night. Something that I really like is that it is resistant to fingerprints because I have small children and they are always touching the refrigerator, so it is good that their fingerprints are not so marked. I love my new Samsung Bespoke Fridge! It's great justas everything else that Samsung makes!

I have used my new Samsung Bespoke counter depth refrigerator for 1 week and I love many of the features. - I downsized from a 28 cubic feet sized refrigerator to this 23 cubic feet appliance and I have not missed the extra space at all. It feels like the same size or even larger because of the dividers. I had a hard time actually seeing what I had available in my old fridge and now I can easily see what is available at a glance. - The beverage zone center allows my grandchildren to access drinks without actually letting the cool air escape from the main compartments. - I like the touch the door feature that lights up the interior of the beverage zone. - The auto door open feature really helps when your hands are full. - I downloaded the SmartThings app and there are many helpful features. I especially like the recipe suggestions utilizing what I have available in the refrigerator. - I use the dual ice maker daily. That said - This is one of my least favorite features on this appliance because it is somewhat awkward to get the ice out. It also seems like it is more likely to introduce germs into your ice drawers. I will have to keep an eye on this and see. In future models, I hope this feature will be further evaluated and improved upon. - So far I have found the fingerprint resistant stainless steel works well. I do not have to clean the exterior as often as my previous one required. All in all this fridge has ben a great improvement over my last one. I am in love with the layout and the modern features it includes. It has brought both smarts and style to my kitchen .

This refrigerator is wonderful. The settings are easy to control - located on the right side inside the refrigerator. Having the app and having it link to your phone is also great, you can control the settings from there as well such as temperature and lighting, etc. I love Samsung Smartthings. We have a Samsung tv, and an alert pops up on the tv if the door is left open. Which my kids frequently do. The freezer French doors are very handy. It's a good way to keep your freezer organized and avoid having things pile up in deep freezer frames and having to dig through them to find everything. The beverage zone is amazing. The water pitcher automatically fills after you use it, so you never have to worry about that. The dual ice maker is one of my favorite parts. It creates cubed ice and crushed ice. It comes with an ice scooper as well as holder for the scooper so it doesn't get lost or dirty. No complaints about this refrigerator at all and I would highly recommend it to anyone!
