Samsung Bespoke AI Laundry Combo™ All-in-One 5.3 cu. ft. Ultra Capacity Washer and Ventless Heat Pump Dryer in Dark Steel

We previously owned a Samsung ventless heat pump dryer and decided to upgrade to an all in one unit to save floor space. I love the efficiency! Clothes also come out very warm and dry, unlike the cool and slightly damp clothes from a traditional heat pump dryer. The only two complaints I have are the difficulty of taking apart the lint filter and the lack of setting a start time. Only being able to set an end time has resulted in the dryer still running two hours after the scheduled end. Hopefully updates fix the scheduled run issues. The built in detergent reservoirs are nice, as well as the energy and water monitors. The child lock works well, although the door pop feature at the end of a load will not work if it's engaged. Normal loads typically take about four hours. That time is split about even between wash and dry. We have been running it at night since it's so quiet. The AI setting can add an hour to the total time. We haven't experimented much with the load settings beyond "Normal" "AI" and "Bedding". There are so many, we wont struggle to find an appropriate setting for any load. We currently have it sharing a 20amp circuit with a deep freezer. There have been no issues with tripping breakers over several loads. We got our first update today! It corrected the estimates of water and energy used. Both were so comically low or high, I knew they were wrong. Finally, this is at least a two person job to move. It's a heavy machine! Also, double check where you want to install it. Our original location was too shallow and we needed to move it to the other side of the laundry room.

My wife and I were planning on buying a stackable washer and dryer at some point in the future and installing it in our first-floor bathroom. We opted to get the Bespoke combo unit and it was super easy to install in that spot. The way you can go from wash to dry without transferring loads is a great convenience for us. Set it and go! It offers a very large capacity of 5.3 c.f. I had never heard of Ventless dryers before, but was familiar with heat pump technology, so I was all in on that idea. The energy rating on this machine is great. You only need a 120-volt outlet and it is Energy Star rated. The smart app from Samsung is easy to use and intuitive. A side benefit is that it looks modern, clean and is a space saver as well. 20 year Warranty on the Inverter motor is a bonus.

The SmartThings App was very easy to connect to wi-fi, set up, and use. It also makes it easier to see all the settings at once vs. flipping through screens on the touchscreen. The capacity was a nice compromise. The cubic feet of my previous washer/dryer set was 4.2 Cu. ft. and 7.5 Cu ft, respectively. while this unit is 5.3 Cu. Ft. The total AI Combo cycle time compared to my previous washer & dryer set is slightly longer. But honestly, you don't really notice. I say that because you don't have to constantly check when the washing cycle is done and have to transfer your laundry over to the dryer. You don't have to worry about forgetting your wet clothes in the dryer to mildew, as the dryer cycle starts immediately after. They even have a 10 minute window setting if you want to add a dryer sheet between cycles. It also auto-adjusts the time. The AI Optiwash and AI Optimal Dry is surprisingly seamless and useful. It was the only cycle I've tested so far, on various laundry loads such as whites, darks, and even one with swimming clothes and lifejackets. It washed and dried perfectly. I didn't feel like I need to re-wash or add extended time to the dryer. Whatever sensors and AI processing they have in the unit appears to be working as expected. I did try the Flex Auto Dispense, which was new to me. My previous washer set had slide out drawers, but you filled it every load. I like that this has two dispensers and you only have to fill it once until empty. Makes loading the washer/dryer that much faster. The interior of the unit is very nice. The stainless steel drum is beautiful.. My only wish is that they make the interior light brighter. I like seeing my washing cycle to make sure the soap is doing its job. Other than that, no issues. The exterior is beautiful as well. It has a nice finish and the dryer vent, bleach dispenser, and auto-flex dispensers on the front and bottom of the unit are thoughtfully placed. To be honest, I didn't even know where to look when I first got the unit. It was that seamless. My wife and I think it's one of the nicest appliances we've ever had in our home. The install seemed pretty straightforward. The delivery team did all the install. It came with water lines and some additional accessories. I'm definitely saving electricity with this unit, and wish I could have gotten two. This unit is feature-packed and there are many more settings for me to try out. It's well built and sturdy. Hoping to get many more years out of it.

Just installed and done a couple of loads. First impressions: 1. It is amazingly quiet 2. It seems to be amazingly configurable 3. It dries completely on Normal dry 4. It washes very well It is a heavy machine, I would know where you want the guys to set it before delivery. The plus is that it has not budged from the spot they set it in, and when it spins, even though it is on high speed, it is still barely noticeable. We started the first load and left, and when we came home it was completely dry and the door was automatically opened for us. We usually use dry detergent, and it came with an 'aqua pebble' that you put the detergent into and seems to work perfectly in putting that detergent into the clothes. On our second load we got to witness the drying, and I was surprised it tumbled so slowly, but the clothes came out perfect and dry, so apparently the AI knows what it is doing. We also played with sending orders to the washer through our phone and the smart things app, and then just pressing start on the machine, and it worked great for that as well. I did run a software upgrade as it was out of date and that updated the software in quick time. Overall we are quite pleased with the washer/dryer combo and look forward to all of the energy savings from it: 1. Front load, so less water than our previous top load 2. Heat pump dryer uses noticeable less energy when drying 3. No heated or cooled household air being blasted out the roof through the vent

I do a lot of laundry throughout the week and having it done quick and well is all I care. However when you are busy with other things at home and remember later that your laundry is done and sitting in the washer waiting to be dried is something I experienced a lot until we purchased this amazing appliance from Samsung. Samsung Bespoke All-in-One AI Laundry Combo has been a life/laundry saver for a busy Mom like me. I load it up in the morning, use its beautiful 7" LCD to choose the best cycle, and I am off to go clean my house, make meals and go shopping. While I am out and about my SmartThings app sends me notifications to let me know that my Washing Cycle is done and Drying has begun. I can also simply ask Bixby on my phone if my laundry is done and I get an instant answer! I mean what else is better than that! To top it all off, this amazing Samsung Bespoke All-in-One AI Laundry Combo automatically opens the door when the Washing and or Drying cycles are complete! So no more worrying about the wet clothes sitting and waiting on you, I get a notification and I am off to folding or doing another load. I also really like the design on this washer, it is slick, modern with no extra knobs or buttons. The AI Hub lets you customize your cycles, modify your drying and once it is all done you also get a summary of the energy used, how much water was dispensed and much more. The Detergent Dispenser is awesome and you can also use the Flex Dispenser to have two different kinds of detergent loaded for different use cases! There are useful preinstalled Apps on the AI Hub LCD screen too, you can literally play Spotify on this thing, or watch a YouTube video, display your recent pictures you took with your Samsung phone, and so much more! The AI in this appliance will make sure to recommend you cycles and proper care for your clothes. The dryer does an amazing job, it does not heat it so hot that you may shrink your valuable clothing articles but gently dries everything well. This is definitely a great investment for a family like ours and I am sure for you as well, you will not be disappointed by its performance - as at the end of the day what matters is your clothes are clean and ready to be worn again and how efficiently you do it depends on the appliance and this Samsung Bespoke All-in-One AI Laundry Combo does just that!

First and most of all, I am very happy and satisfied with my new Samsung Bespoke All-in-One AI Laundry Combo™. I must say that after seeing it at CES and checking it out at Samsung Korean website, I could not wait to get my hands on this new Washer/Dryer Combo. It is a pretty advanced and super tech packed washer and dryer, there are no buttons or switches, just a beautiful clean design with a 7" LCD display which is very user friendly. When choosing your Wash cycles you can customize your specific wash conditions: change your water temperature, choose your desired spin speed,, soil level, etc. If you don't want to dry clothes right away, you can always disable drying (very helpful as in my case I do not dry certain clothes at all), however you can dry your other stuff just with a touch of the display or your app. I really like using SmartThings app, this app has a polished user interface and you can control your washer features and functions very easily. I added the washer by scanning the QR code and the app took care of the rest. The manufacturer recommends Calibrating your washer before the first use, so I did it and it took just a few minutes. There is so much cool tech in this thing, you will love doing laundry! Bixby as your AI Assistant - just simply ask Bixby questions as you would Google Assistant. I love the Detergent Auto Despenser and Flex Dispenser, which allows you to load it with two different kinds of detergent, for example in my case I use a regular detergent for every day clothes and a special detergent for my mother's sensitive skin! Very intuitive! You can also use the Softener dispenser as your Detergent therefore having even more loads. Dryer works amazingly, all my towels came out dry and fluffy. There was no lint left over on the drum or the rubber seal either, which is nice! Another surprise was when the washing cycle is over the door automatically opens! So when you are not home you know that laundry will be OK with an open door! I am seriously impressed with this washer/dryer as I also own its competitor's wash combo and Samsung is definitely more advanced. One thing I would suggest is a Pedestal for this washer, hopefully there will be one sold soon as it will make loading and unloading more comfortable. I am still exploring all other features and simply cannot wait to do laundry so I could try something new. It just got updated today and GUI looks amazing! Love this Samsung Washer/Dryer Combo and definitely recommend it!
